All CharYooperie boxes are made to order and fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, as shipping timelines may be affected by supply availability and carrier delays beyond CharYooperie's control. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery delays may occur. While I do my best to meet requested timelines, arrival by a specific date (including holidays) cannot be guaranteed. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*Products may vary depending on season and availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or higher value. 

*CharYooperie boxes include shelf stable, pre-packaged food items that may contain allergens. *Shipping available within the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses only. 

*Payment is required to secure your place in the production queue. Orders are prepared in the order received. Production begins once payment is completed.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
