All CharYooperie boxes are made to order and fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, as shipping timelines may be affected by supply availability and carrier delays beyond CharYooperie's control. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery delays may occur. While I do my best to meet requested timelines, arrival by a specific date (including holidays) cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Policy - the basics

Payment is required to secure your place in the production queue. Orders are prepared in the order received. Production begins once payment is completed.

Due to the custom nature of CharYooperie boxes, product refunds are not available once production has begun.
